Michael’s heart is for serving smaller churches. His background in serving as a pastor for ministry in music and preaching, to children, youth, and adults over the past 30 years has led him to hundreds of churches around the United States. He has served most recently as the pastor to youth and families at Park Victoria Church in Northern California for 10 years. He serves now as Lead Pastor of First Baptist Church of Nipomo, on California’s Central Coast, just 15 minutes from great surfing at Pismo Beach.
