God has led our family into amazing seasons of ministry fruitfulness, for which we are humbled and grateful. So many kind people have invested in us and joined us in creating Kingdom-building opportunities along the way. So many fond memories of youth camps, retreats, children’s conferences, Bible studies, music, small groups, preaching, Scripture reciting, and so much more!
Michael serves as Lead Pastor of First Baptist Nipomo, but first a bit of backstory. After almost 11 years as youth pastor at a church in the Bay Area, we then completed helping a church in San Jose through the end of February 2021. We assisted them in implementing a simple multi-camera livestream platform for their worship services. Kade has quickly become an expert on this new software platform and highly recommends Switcher Studio (free 2-week trial then very affordable). No, Kade doesn’t make anything by referring you. It’s just a great solution for anyone trying to livestream with no hiccups!
Next we completed a 15-month journey with First Baptist Nipomo, a small church just south of San Luis Obispo on California’s Central Coast. (It is part of the association of churches we have served in for many years already.) No strings attached; just a wide open door for God to do some amazing things as we put in some hard work and trust Him with the results. Get the whole scoop on how this all started here.
Michael served as Associate Pastor at First Baptist Nipomo through the end of 2021, then transitioned into the lead pastor role in January of 2022. We are excited about this opportunity to bring hope and light to California’s Central Coast and loved the congregation at FBC Nipomo right away. They welcomed us with open arms and we are grateful to do life and ministry with them!
